November 17, 2021 Progress Report

With the problems that I was having with writing chapter 3 of The Price of Coffee, I got it done. I have already started chapter 4 and I am only a few hand written pages in. The goal for this week is to get that chapter finished and I am hoping that I don't run into the same problem that I had with chapter 3.

Once I am done with chapter 4, the rest of the book should fall into place which will allow me to get at least 2 chapters a week done. The goal of being finished the book by the new year I don't think I will be able to make but I will try my best to keep it on time. If it takes me a few weeks longer it will allow me to write the story that much better.

As of now, The Fog of Time is with my final beta reader and I will be waiting to see what that opinion is with the book. With any luck that editing that was done on it will pass and whatever things that I may have to change will be small things. The final step for the book will be going to the publisher in January and I am still on that time frame. As well, my publisher is looking forward to working on the new book and I am going to be happy just to have it at that stage where it has been a long year of working on it.

For the next week I will be focusing my energy to The Price of Coffee to get the next few chapters done with any luck. I know that I will be doing more work on it as the snow has come and I really don't like being outside when it is cold and snowy.
