First I would like to send remembrance to our friends in the USA for on the eleventh of this month was the 20 years since the towers in New York were brought down. It is something that will never be forgotten and out of the ashes of that day that changed the world forever, we are starting the hard part of moving on with our lives.
In the last week I have been working on the final read through that I am doing on The Fog of Time as it is due to be at my editors office on Monday the 20th. With any luck I will have found all the problems in the book but as he has told me I may not see them all and that is what his job is for.
I am going to make then next 5 days count and I hope that I can get some work done in The Price of Coffee as it is the next book that is on the plate to be done. I have a start on the ruff draft and I will be starting to put what I have written into the computer before I go any further in it as I have to remind myself of the story that is being told in it.
I have been in touch with my publisher and they are looking forward to getting The Fog of Time when it is ready. This is going to be something that I will only know once my editor gets back to me with the book and how much has to be changed. As well if he wants it back for one more look before it goes to the publisher. So it comes down to what my editor says for what is needed.
All in all, I am still in the trip mode even where I have been back for a few weeks already and I am getting clearer pictures for the books that I am working on and I am seeing the light at the end of the tunnel in a way. I know that this week is a big week for me and to get the last few things done for The Fog of Time is my main focus.
Anyway, hope you all are doing well and stay safe out there.
