Coming to a point in life where we look back on it, we cans see our greatest struggles and achievements. When we were in the struggles, we can see the people who helped us the most and the words they said. During those times we always heard the words that were needed. It’s alright, one of the two words that our closest friends or family would say as they show us how far we have come.
In what life has given us in lessons, both from the good and bad, we have grown in many ways. Each time that the growth has come, we forget to take a step back when it is good for the bad. Taking a step back allows us to se the situation in a different light. Most time it reveals where we truly are in our life.
These steps back, when taken, is where the lesson that we are meant to learn hides. Until we can trust ourselves fully, our close friends and family members will come to our aid in taking this step. From where we see it, the situation through a negative sense, to us it looks like our life is over. On the other side, the positive, we are living in the moment. In both cases we will crash unless the people who we trust will take our hand and say stop.
This stopping is to slow our crash and gives us a chance to see the reality of the situation and that we will be alright. It is a hard thing to face for everyone. Some go through life as a fool with an open mind. These people are the ones who learn the most in life because of their thinking. They have their support net of people in their life, and they are not afraid to stop and take that step back.
If you are troubled today, know that it’s alright because you woke up today. Take yourself out for a coffee and be happy that you have been given another day as this to shall pass into the past.
Stay safe.
