The Author's Corner: Liberation

What is liberation? Is it to push out an invading army? Is it gay rights or women’s rights?

There is so many things that can come to mind when you think of liberation. In today’s world there are wars happening all the way to elections and yes human rights. If there was a time when all these things were not happening this world would see true peace.

That last comment will never happen because there is always someone who would want power in some way. As we see civil right marches in some countries there are tank going into another country. Peace would be nice, however the hard part is if there was world peace who would govern the world.

So, is that liberation? Maybe if there was a threat from outside our planet then we would see world peace.

My grandfather’s generation waged war against the Nazi’s and the world that they gave us to live in has fallen back to more wars that could become the end of the world as we know it now. Make no mistake WWII never really ended, it only changed.

Some countries are playing the world as a big game of Risk. In all ways mankind will fight each other until God/ or what you call it returns. Maybe then we will see the true reason of what is happening now. Are we in the last chapter of this world and mankind’s rule on this planet?

Stay safe.

When I hear the word liberation. I think of all of the men and woman that made such a difference in our society. They gave us freedom from slavery, over the Nazis and WW11. The people that brought literacy to the masses of people, freedom of religion and the revolution of France against the higher classes. I’m going on and on a weakness in my writing. I thought I’d throw my thought with yours.
