Book Review of Fahrenheit 451 by Ray Bradbury

Well, it took me longer to read this short book than it should have. So let me get into it. Bradbury starts the book off with a world that could have happened or may happen in the future where books are being burned. The main character is one of the men who burn the books. As the story moves forward it takes its place in the way of how books are evil in that society that Bradbury makes.

The thing that got me was how one of the books, mainly the Bible is found and the main character takes it home. As he has done with so many other books. That is when the problem starts for him and in the climax he is on the run for his life.

The stark reality of how this could easily happen in our society is something I think Bradbury was trying to show in his creation of this story. His writing and the story telling is good in my opinion. He takes you through a war on books and how so many people in the story are only focused on screens that are like TV's on the walls.

For me the world that Bradbury draws in your mind is one that is sad and depressing with the ending that comes to show that there is still hope for mankind in the end.

I would say to give this book a read and you will need an open mind when it comes to reading it.

The next book that I am going to be reading is from a new author and it is called Hunting Humanity by Al Normann.

Book review of The Traveler's Summit by Andy Andrews

This is Andrews continuation of The Traveler's Gift and I think he has done a great job on building up the main character. This book takes place years later for David Ponder, the main character, wher
