What is a core life? Is it the basic life you live? Is it who you are as a person? Or could it be the things that we take for granted?

In my opinion the core life is the basic things that make up your life. The relationships we have with friends and family. In the same breath, your career. To start with the life that you are living is the first key to a core life. With our upbringing we build our life from a child to an adult with the help of our family and friends which shapes us. How you are treated during this time will determine how we respond to the outside world.

Knowing how someone acts will always show their true character and who they will spend their time with. This one core belief is the one that stands out in how they live their lives, some being bullies, others are book worms and yet there are the ones who just drift through life.

When you think of a core life, what comes to your mind? Sometimes there are the simple things that we do not look at being a part of our life, like the traffic light, what color do you see? How do you act when it is red? What about your career, did you choose something that you would enjoy or was it based on wage? These are other questions we need to think about.

As life happens, these questions get answered in one way or the other and sometimes not how we would expect.

Stay safe.
