The Author's Corner: Sinking like a Sunset

Is life a sunset in a way? With all that is happening in our lives today, maybe we are riding into the sunset. At times once you take the pen of your life and you start to lead your life it will change. Over the lifetime that you have in this physical world, you have the ability to live your life to the fullest. Sometimes there are hard times as this life is not easy anyway.

We face each day like everyone else, however we live differently from each other. There is one fact and that is you woke up today and that was not a promise. Every experience that we have changes us for the future that is coming. We are in constant change no matter at what age we are at in life.

As the time comes for our final stage of life we will slip below the oceans edge like the sunsetting. Yet, our time will be up in this world, there will be to the next step as we will be as a soul. We will walk our own path which will be an extinction of the one we are on and this is only the beginning of our journey, being alive now is a gift.

When we watch the sunset no matter what situation you find yourself in, you are alive today. Tomorrow never comes as we are always in today and yesterday has passed. Step into your life and live it the way you want, we only have today to live.

Over time we have put a man on the moon and also almost destroyed this place that we all call home. Mankind is on its own path or is the sunset and this world nothing but a dream that we are all having?

There are many who think that this day that we are in is just a chance. Is that the truth of the matter. I sit here working towards a goal to spread the message of peace and awareness of mental health problems.

Is the sun setting? For now the sun is setting in some part of the world and it is rising in another. The question is does the sun set for you?
